Always be looking at what the enemy king is doing
🤝 Teamwork
Two pieces attacking together is way stronger than one

Point values: Queen = 9, Rook = 5, Bishop & Knight = 3, Pawn = 1. Don't trade a queen for a rook!

The Fork: Move ONE piece to attack TWO enemy pieces at once. They can only save one!

The Pin: Attack a piece that's protecting the king — it can't move away!

The Skewer: Like a pin but backwards — attack the king and win whatever is behind it.
